How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship your order within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Beauty may be fast, but even she can’t outrun shipping times just yet.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Fetchly proudly ships worldwide. Wherever your pup calls home, we’ll do our best to get their new favorite gear to them.

What if my dog doesn’t like the product?

No worries, we’ve got you. If your pup isn’t into it, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Just reach out to us at support@fetchly.ca and we’ll help with an exchange, credit, or refund.

Yes. 100%. Every product we carry has been sniffed, tugged, chewed, or lounged on by Beauty herself.
If it didn’t meet her standards, it didn’t make it to the shop.
