Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We ship worldwide, and most deliveries arrive within:

  • Canada & US: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Some items may arrive in separate packages to get them to you faster. Tracking info will be sent by email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start a return, email us at heyfetchly@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

Note: We can’t accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or gear that's been clearly loved (read: chewed).
